"I ordered a color photo engraved heart pendant for my mother for her birthday. My brother passed away 10 years ago at age 18 and Pictures On Gold merged a picture of my sister and I with one of my brother. It is AMAZING! It looks like he is in the photo with us. The turnaround time was incredible. I ordered the pendant on Saturday and received the finished piece on Tuesday. I didn't expect to receive it so quickly. My Mom's birthday isn't for another month, it is going to be hard keeping it from her for all that time.

When I called to state the problem, I was treated with extreme respect. Instead of the men sounding annoyed or uncaring, both of them were apologetic, stating they would be happy to re-do it. When I told Danny that I hated to part with it, I was told that I could wear it until I was ready to return it, and they would take care of the problem whenever I was ready. When I did get it back, it was absolutely PERFECT. It makes me feel so good every time I open the locket and get to see the engraved words and photo. It is beautiful. Not only is digital engraving of photographs rare, but the customer service that I received is just as difficult to locate now days. I was under a stringent time constraint so Danny, the co-owner, worked diligently to ensure the lockets were engraved the same day and delivered the following day. My family loved the engraving; the picture was beautiful and so vibrant that I have to return them to have my grandfathers picture engraved on the other side.
