"I just have to commend Pictures on Gold on their excellent products and services. About two years ago I ordered two beautiful heart shaped lockets with engravement and two photos laser engraved inside. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago the part that connects to the locket and holds the chain broke. I went around to countless jewelers to try and have it fixed to no avail. Each jeweler I went to would not even attempt to fix my locket in fear of damaging it. I was heartbroken!

My locket has sentimental value. Inside is a photo of my mother and me when I was a baby and a photo of my grandma, who has since passed on and my mother when she was a baby. Feeling defeated, I decided to call Pictures on Gold hoping they could help me. A knowledgeable representative answered and assured me they could. Two weeks later checked the mail and inside was my beautiful locket
